Farm Health and Safety Management Self-Assessment (New Zealand) Mobile App
Core features are free forever
The Farm Health and Safety Management Self-Assessment (New Zealand) mobile app allows you to replace your paper self-assessment with a smartphone, tablet or desktop.
How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, location, farmer, contractor and farm health and safety management self-assessment. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your OHS Safety records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. The farmer should assess farm before going/working. Health and safety should always openly discussed with workers and farm owners/managers. Risks are formally recorded in a risk register. Assess the level of risk posed by activity on the farm by the likelihood of harm occurring and the potential severity of harm. Make sure workers understand the risk the farm work poses to others and the risk others pose to us and work to mitigate the risks. Outcomes of inspections are formally recorded with the app and shared with others working on the farm.
