A general contractor, overseeing a construction project, may give an invitation for bids for a soil treatment specialist to support the project work. The Soil Treatment Subcontractor Pre-Bid Scope of Works app will allow the contractor to select a competent and cost-effective subcontractor through the bidding process. With the app, the contractor would list all item or task required to make contaminated soil usable for agriculture or other purposes. Items may include analyzing soil conditions, meeting with the project management team about the project design, and conducting such services as soil remediation or erosion control. Adjacent to the scope of services required for soil treatment, the contractor can indicate each task that is included as work performed by the bidder. This app will be useful to any general contractor to organize the scope of services and review bidding packages before settling the terms and conditions of the contract with a successful bidder.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
