When a general contractor solicits mold remediation services, the contractor is depending on a technician for complete removal of a mold problem and clean up of mold spores. The radiation services should also include mold damage repairs and ensuring the environment is not conducive to future mold growth.

This app should be used before construction or demolition services in a building that is being repaired. This helps ensure that the mold problem is corrected with the proper abatement procedures before the work begins.

Using the app, the contractor can list the scope of the mold remediation services needed and the materials required for the entire mold abatement plan. The list could include inspection services for water damage, spore sampling and testing, moisture monitoring, equipment needed for indoor humidity control, odor removal and a final assessment once the remediation services have been completed.

Once completed, the construction contractor can use the bid form and proposal of each remediation company submitting a bid to determine the terms and conditions and cost estimates for the mold damage repairs and mold removal services.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
