The beekeeper will not be responsible for personal injury caused by unauthorized hive manipulation, abuse of hives or careless behavior in the immediate vicinity of the hives during the contract duration. The grower shall provide a location for the colonies that is accessible to the beekeeper and associated vehicles whenever it is necessary to work with the bees, including access to the locked property if hives are placed. The Pollination Contract mobile app allows you to replace your paper contract with an Android or iPhone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, beekeeper's name, the responsibility of beekeeper, the responsibility of grower and captures the beekeeper and the grower's signatures. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your beekeeping records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
