The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the control and documentation of non-conforming items. The Quality Control Manager prevents non-conforming items from being installed. Minor non-conforming items, which are corrected in the same day, are documented in the Contractor’s “Weekly Report.” All other non-conformances are documented on a Non-Conformance Report prepared by the Quality Control Manager, sequentially numbered and dated.
