The plan should in general, outline QA/QC activities that will be implemented, and include a scheduled time frame that follows inventory preparation from its initial development through to final reporting in any year. It should contain an outline of the processes and schedule to review all source categories. The QA/QC plan itself is intended to be revised and reflect new information that becomes available as the program develops, methods are improved, or additional supporting documents become necessary. The Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Manager proceeds with discretion over how the checks are selected and implemented. Not all checks listed in the sample are necessary. Rows for additional checks that are different in the source category, individual and/or date could be added to the form. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Plan mobile app allows you to replace your paper control plan with a tablet or smartphone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as delivery date, date of performance, corrective actions, final date, and comments. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your quality control

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
