Scaffold erectors and dismantlers are at particular risk since they work on scaffolds before ladders, guardrails, platforms, and planks are completely installed. The company’s Code of Safe Practice (COSP) must include safety requirements for erection, use, and dismantling of scaffolds. The company’s Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) must provide information on inspection of scaffolds, correction of hazards found, and training for scaffold erectors, users and dismantlers. The Supported Scaffolds Safety Checklist mobile app allows you to replace your paper safety checklist with a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, job site, location, general contractor and captures the contractor's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your lift equipment records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
