A contractor may seek a subcontract from a carpenter contractor by offering an invitation to bid for the carpentry work. The Carpenter Subcontractor Pre-Bid Scope of Works app is used to select a competitive bidder for carpentry work. Using the app, a contractor can populate the form with key project details for the building and the vendors with bids. Next, the contractor will list all items, materials, and service requirements to complete the carpentry work including the time required or the need to hire carpenters with specialized experience. For each item to be completed, the user will include a description and specifications of work. Items may range from rough carpentry, to building custom windows and doors, to more comprehensive finished work in a building. Each subcontractor can Indicate whether they will perform the work and give a base bid. This app will be a useful tool for a general contractor to review the bid package of several subcontractors before drawing a subcontract agreement to hire the successful carpentry business or workers.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
