Often times, a business will hire an independent contractor or consultant to complete the project. When that happens, the consultant or contractor should develop a statement of work so the client will understand the services involved in the scope of work, and so that scope creep can be avoided. The service provider should outline specific tasks included in the project, milestones in the project, objectives, payment structure, hourly rate, fees, a timeline, and expected date of completion. The Software Project Statement of Work app should guide a vendor through the process of completing a comprehensive statement of work so they are clear on expectations and goals. This will be tremendously beneficial to both the client and software developer. The more specific each party can be, the better the results will be in the end.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
