The Exterior Scope Sheet app allows a contractor to easily document all repair items per location or category along with the scope of work. The app user can begin by documenting preliminary details about the area and area measurements. An app user can then list all repair items grouped into relevant categories along with the scopes and details. For example, for foundation and masonry wall items, the app user might indicate notes regarding steel pipe piling, concrete, or structural brick walls. For roofing items, the user may note necessary work to the residential roof truss or composition shingles. Exterior items range from exterior siding to brick veneer to soffit systems. This app will provide a contractor with an easy way to document all exterior areas that require work and the specifications for that work.

The app provides an exterior scope sheet tool that can be used to assess work to be completed to a building exterior. Use the standard assessment tool to best define and describe work scope, such as exterior trim, windows, light fixtures, exterior siding, doors and frames to an existing building structure. Contractors can also use the app with a prospective client or customer to best assess the scope of work and labor costs.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
