Details regarding material and metric data from pressure vessel components, including composition or material specifications (such as stainless steel, alloy steel, or other materials), wall thickness, and location of body flanges and heads may be recorded in respective data fields provided within the app. Additional data fields relevant to quality control, such as hydrostatic, pneumatic, and combined test results and dates are provided to ensure code compliance with ASME Boilers and Pressure Vessel Code. The source and construction of pressure vessel components must be accounted for in order to verify all engaged manufacturers and to ensure shop/field compliance with safety and performance requirements. Due to the necessity of pressure vessel durability in the presence of high temperatures, pressures, and volatile industrial byproducts, these quality control checks offer pressure vessel inspectors an easy way to collect important information during an inspection.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
