The Vacant Abandoned Building Incentive Program Application (VABIP) app is an easy to use application form for applying for funding to make improvements on a vacant property. The app user can begin with the building owner or tenant applicant information if those completing the form are a tenant and lease the business space. The user should include information for the project manager if different than the applicant (such as an owner or tenant). Using the app, the user can describe the project in full including the proposed improvement, the business activity, objective, population served, and major sources of funding. With the app, users can describe requested funding, personal contributions, loan contributions, and business contributions, along with the estimated cost of the project. Finally, the applicant can review a checklist of all documentation to be submitted like proof of funds spent and business plan. An agency could use this app to promote its incentive program and easily gather and review information from an applicant to the program.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
