The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date of jail assessment, the name of jail, location, prison auditor and captures the auditor's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your prison safety records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. There is a comprehensive key control program. All locking devices will be reviewed to determine if they are appropriate for the facility. The issuance of key rings is broken down into the following categories: a general issue for all staff; issue to individuals in a respective department; restricted key rings requiring supervisory authorization; and emergency key rings. Keys are only issued to authorized personnel using a sign-out or chit system, or a similar system for accountability purposes. This app offers a tool for professionals who operate jail facilities. It is designed to identify physical and operational strengths and weaknesses that pose a threat to institutional security that make the facility vulnerable.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
