The autoclave provides sterilization at high temperatures in a pressure vessel. The sterilization process can be used for decontamination, as well as cleaning and sterilizing materials. Each autoclave operation must be completely systematically in order to ensure safety for technicians and in the autoclave room. Technicians must be trained in standard operating procedures and are required to use protective equipment for safe handling while loading and unloading the autoclave. The Autoclave Log Sheet app allows technicians to record each use of an autoclave. Operators can indicate the date, time, autoclave room and cycle number. Using the app, technicians can explain the contents of the autoclave and note the pressure, and the maximum temperature reached. With each autoclave cycle, the technician can express the tape and chemical integrator results and whether a biological indicator was used. Finally, the operator can make any comments related to the sterilization cycle. The Autoclave Log sheet app is a useful tool for technicians to keep track of every autoclave operation conducted in the facility, ensuring health and safety in the workplace.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
