The app notes essential information such as the data of the inspection or maintenance, the company and contact person performing the work, the unit ID, and a range of critical information about the unit and maintenance or inspection results. In this app, the unit position can be noted as it relates to various engine and generator components. Ratings for kW, KVA, RPM, HP, and Phases can be noted. Critical engine systems for a power generator or back-up generator can be checked, including the oil filter(s), the type of engine oil, if oil leaks were found, the status of primary and secondary fuel filter(s), the overall fuel system, throttle linkage, exhaust system components, coolant system components, the air intake system, and more. Properly checking and maintaining generators and engines can reduce the impact of a power outage, and ensure consistent operation of equipment that requires electrical power through a robust and operational back-up power source. Technicians using this form can initial and sign off on the inspection, planned maintenance, or services such as an oil change or replacement of engine parts that are performed.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
