is a critically important screening machine utilized in the mining and mineral processing industry. These devices are used to separate feeds containing solid and crushed ores down to approximately 200μm in size. These devices work with both wet and dry input feed. The frequency of the screen is mainly controlled by an electromagnetic vibration unit which is mounted above and directly connected to the screening surface. The difference between a high-frequency screen machine and a traditional vibrating screen is the high frequency of the vibration. These devices require regular inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure the devices or a whole screening plant work effectively. The app collects critical information such as the name of the inspector or maintenance provider, the name of the owner or operator of the equipment, any preventive maintenance performed, any defects found, and subsequent corrective actions applied to those defects.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
