These balls are typically made of steel, ceramic, rubber, or other material depending on the purposes of grinding, or whether the machine is being used as a pulverizer or materials mixer. The ball mill may be used for making fine powder materials such as coal or for powdering pigments. For certain applications, such as for explosives or combustible materials, this milling machine can be used for blending these potentially hazardous devices with the use of rubber balls to avoid sparks or overly energetic collisions in the device. Ensuring that ball mill operation is efficient and effective requires regular maintenance, servicing, and inspection. The Ball Mill Machine Inspection app is a useful tool for performing a regular inspection of these machines. The app notes the date of inspection, the product being inspected (including serial number, model number, etc.), the materials and capacity of the machine, and whether a daily, monthly, or annual inspection has been performed. Comments can be noted, as can defects, or corrective actions taken to repair any defects. Photos of any defects or problems with the ball mill can included in the app.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
