An intervention may be required to provide treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other forms of harm reduction to improve the quality of life for the hoarder. The Hoarding Intervention Consent for Services app provides an agreement form between a client and a clinical professional. The client acknowledges that part of the process includes understanding hoarding behavior. The app user can identify and update session goals for treating the symptoms and behavior of the hoarding disorder. This app allows an agency like protective services or healthcare professionals to create a personal agreement with a client to collaborate effectively on treating the hoarding disorder and increasing quality of life for the hoarder.

Due to the ability to use this consent tool on any tablet, smartphone or PC, you can work with your patient in real-time to outline the symptoms and hoarding behaviors you’d like to work on together, the treatment plan and language that outlines what cognitive behavioral therapy is and how it can help. You can then capture the client’s signature on the spot as proof of consent and move forward with treatment for this compulsive disorder.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
