Loader Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement

Form Template

Loaders are valuable and critical pieces of heavy equipment that can be used in construction sites, or even in mines and by the military - these pieces of equipment vary in size, and in many cases, an operator may need to rent this equipment rather than purchasing it.

In these cases, it is critical that the equipment lessor and lessee execute a rental agreement or lease agreement that protects the lessor, and an understanding of the terms and agreement of the lease related to the rental equipment. The Loader Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement app allows the user to note the equipment being rented, the rent for each piece of equipment, the duration of the lease, and other important terms. In the event damage to the equipment is more than the usual wear and tear, or if the rental equipment is lost or stolen, the lessee, in this agreement, is obligated to pay for the cost of repair or replacement to the owner. Additionally, an indemnification and hold harmless clause ensures that the equipment lessor can recover their equipment in the event payments are not made or become late. Should legal proceedings be required to recover the equipment or payment, this contract contains an attorneys' fee clause. Users have the option to customize this app to fit their needs.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
