How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as facility name as it appears on outside of the building, applicant/invoicing information, type of business, vapor carbon vessels and exhaust stack parameters. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your soil and groundwater remediation records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. Incomplete applications delay Agency review, so please fill out your application thoroughly.
