This equipment may be incredibly useful to a customer, but also may be the type of equipment only needed for a short period making ownership possibly impractical. When this is the case, having rental equipment available can make financial sense. When a lessor and lessee enter into a rental agreement, it is essential that all terms and conditions such as rental rates, damage liability, indemnification clauses, release and hold harmless agreements, and more be included and understood to make the equipment rental process as smooth as possible. This agreement includes all of these valuable terms, ensuring that liability claims or personal injuries arising from the repossession of equipment do not impact the equipment owner and that legal fees and attorneys' fees and costs for recovering equipment or payment for equipment are the responsibility of the lessee. All equipment should be returned by a renter to an owner in good working order with only normal wear and tear. This rental contract ensures that all parties are aware of their responsibilities and costs and that the owner is protected in the event their property is subjected to negligence, damage, theft, or destruction.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
