Crystalline Silica Control: Respirator Records Summary Mobile App

How does it work?
The app allows employers to document the employee respirator assignments, fit tests, medical clearance, and training dates. The Crystalline Silica Control: Respirator Records Summary mobile app allows you to replace your paper summary with an Android, iPhone, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as name, DOB, respirator type, medical clearance date, and fittest and training dates. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your health and safety records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
