There is so much to do to prepare to move, and this Pre-Move Checklist app will help guide a user through the process so they don't miss a thing and have a good idea of the time it will take to get everything done! For instance, getting estimates from professional movers, donating or selling unwanted household items at a garage sale, making travel arrangements and collecting supplies, such as boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper, and planning for off-site storage, should be done about 2 months before moving. About a month before moving, the user should be creating an inventory of household items, using a floor plan of the new home to determine what furniture will fit in the space, start labeling where items will go in the new home, and start to transfer serviced like utilities and phone service. It's also time to start packing! A couple of weeks prior to moving, the user should confirm details of the move, and apply for a change of address with the post office so no mail is missed. It's also a good idea to confirm arrangements with the moving company. While this seems like a lot to prepare, having this app can be a tremendous help!

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
