Form Template

Over time, local and federal child labor laws were put into place so minors could not be exploited by employers, and labor standards for children were fair.

Today, in many states an employer may hire children or teenagers under a certain age (generally 18 years old) to work at a job, provided the minors have a proper work permit. The Alabama Child Labor Employee Information Form app should be used by an employer to maintain records of the minors working at the establishment. Information on the app includes the school the minor attends, proof of age, the hours they work each day (including documentation of break times), school hours, and other details. The employer should be prepared to keep a record of this app where the minor is employed.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
