The mobile form includes fields to document items such as the name of dam, condition code, deficiencies, recommended remedial measures and implementation schedule and captures the inspector's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your dam maintenance records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. It is recommended that the District begin to budget for repair of the principal spillway inlet. The concrete is likely the age of the dam (50 years) and is showing signs of significant deterioration. As the primary means releasing water, it is important that the drop inlet remains in good repair. Observe and measure surface cracks on a regular basis. If cracks begin to widen, or rebar becomes exposed concrete should be repaired as soon as possible. Inspect and flush drains. If during the inspection it is found that the drains are broken contact a professional engineer and/or IDNR and repair. Monitor trash rack. Repair/Replace bars as deterioration occurs.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
