This refinery specific problem app has been developed for the oil industry and intended to be used in training and in efforts to reduce the reoccurrence of similar problems at refineries. The app inspects items such as: In cutting off pipe (particularly stainless steel) make sure there is cutting oil lubrication at the steady rest and tool cutoff area. Also, make sure that the cutting tool is sharp. Do not use pipe that has evidence of external scoring or other marks that could cause stresses internally and, thus, promote preferential corrosion.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
