The mobile app form includes fields to document items such as name, ID Number, date of birth, employee/clock number and captures a signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated.

When applicants become members of the FAWU, an organization that negotiates collective bargaining agreements, they’ll have a voice in policies and labor contracts that will improve their work environment. Following employment laws, the FAWU uses collective bargaining to negotiate benefits such as higher pay, workers' compensation, work-life balance and other policies and procedures in the workplace. But they also oversee an employee’s grievance regarding sexual harassment, equal opportunity disparity or a manger’s negligence of their labor law responsibilities. The FAWU also employs strategic planning to create a sound work experience by fighting for training and development of work skills and policies regarding minimum qualifications for a position.
