FRA agrees to pay tuition costs associated with State Inspector accident/incident investigation training and to reimburse all or an agreed share of subsistence and travel expenses incurred by State Inspectors attending such training classes. The Rail Safety Manager: State Rail Safety Accident Investigation Participation Agreement mobile app allows you to replace your paper with an iPhone, Android, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as state agency information, date, state rail safety accident investigation participation agreement, federal railroad administration information and captures signatures.
