The Medicaid program allows eligible patients to receive non-emergency medical transportation services to medical appointments (when their physician agrees it is a medical necessity). Non-emergency medical transportation services providers must obtain legal certification to provide transportation services to patients and maintain a permit. Transportation providers must also agree to the condition and terms outlined in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program Provider Agreement app. The app outlines general provisions, certification information, responsibilities of the provider/billing agent, and more.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
