The app provides a basic subscription form but it can be customized to meet your waste management needs and requirements. The app documents items such as name, address, home phone, email and acknowledgement. The Annual Yard Waste Collection Subscription app allows subscribers to place up to four cans, bags or bundles of landscape waste materials at the curb each week for the duration of the yard waste season from April 1 through December 15 without the need of yard waste stickers. The app specifies the waste collection fees. Customers can sign the app with the signature capture feature to acknowledge that they understand the policies regarding the program and understand that the annual fee will be included on my next quarterly utility bill. The app states that the subscription and annual billing will automatically renew each year unless you notify the Finance Department in writing by March 1 of the upcoming service year.
