How does it work?
The app provides a basic application but it can be customized to meet your waste management needs and requirements. The app documents items such as facility name, California Code of Regulations section number authorizing eligibility, site capacity, incoming waste material (number of vehicles per day) and date received. Use a smartphone or tablet to fill out this application form completely and accurately in duplicate. After the Enforcement Agency (EA) has reviewed the application, the EA will determine whether the application meets the requirements of section 18105.l. the EA finds the application is complete and correct, it shall be accepted for filing. If the application is not found to be complete and correct it will be returned. This standardized permit app is specific to the State of California.
