Anyone who has been injured or died due to a work-related accident must be reported. A RIDDOR report is required only when there has been a work-related accident which caused a severe injury or death. Employers are required to report any work-related deaths, certain work-related injuries, cases of occupational disease, and near misses involving employees wherever they are working. Persons in control of the premises and gas engineers are also considered responsible persons and are tasked with reporting accidents, major injuries and other dangerous incidents. The RIDDOR Toolbox Talk (UK) app details reportable incidents and helpful guidelines to ensure the health and safety of employees.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
