How does it work?
As part of the professional development review (PDR), employees must meet with a reviewer and outline objectives for continuing professional development. The Professional Development Review (PDR) Scheme Registration (UK) app allows employees and employers to design PDR scheme and register an employee for learning and development. The app asks for: name of mentor, name of appraiser, annual review month, recognition of prior learning, research objectives, administrative objectives, and signed approval. The app is easy and quick to fill out. Employers can keep the app on file for each employee.
