The app asks for job post details, including the job title, company, school/department/office, contract hours, pay plan, hiring documents, and a brief job description. The user must also fill out a short questionnaire in the application to figure out a plan for funding. Finally, the app has a consent form in which the Recruiting Manager, Head of School or Support Group Budget Holder, and Head of College or Support Group all need to sign.
