The Job Share Application (UK) app is a form in which employees can request to job share a specific role or job posting. The app asks for: name, post held, brief description of work duties, current hours, reasons for wanting to job share, preferred hours in the job share position, dates for job share work, and whether this is a permanent or temporary arrangement. After completing the app, employees can submit it to human resources for approval.
