Restaurant Manager Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Worksheet

In a restaurant, the general manager, restaurant manager, kitchen manager, and bar manager, are all put in positions where their health and safety can be negatively impacted by job duties or conditions. For example, kitchens have high temperature items, hot oil, and more; bars have broken glass; and other problems and hazards can be found throughout restaurants.
