How does it work?
The Equipment Maintenance Service Ticket mobile app allows equipment maintenance field service technicians, customer service management and field service scheduling employees to complete a service ticket for equipment maintenance using a hand held mobile device using real time data. The app allows customer service employees to dispatch the equipment maintenance service ticket to a field service technician using the GoCanvas dispatch feature. The app generates a PDF and records equipment maintenance service request items such as ticket number, vendor name, date, address, approver code, employee number, description of equipment maintenance work, subtotals and totals, remarks and captures a signature for customer authorization.
