How does it work?
The Chimney Sweep Service Ticket mobile app allows chimney sweep field service technicians, customer service management and field service scheduling employees to complete a service ticket for chimney sweep using a hand held mobile device using real time data. The app allows customer service employees to dispatch the chimney sweep service ticket to a field service technician using the GoCanvas dispatch feature. The app generates a PDF and records chimney sweep service request items such as ticket number, vendor name, date, address, approver code, employee number, description of chimney sweep work, subtotals and totals, remarks and captures a signature for customer authorization.
