How does it work?
The Organic Farmers: Field Activity Log should be kept by the farmer and reviewed by the inspector during the organic inspection. It is the responsibility of the farmer to check labels and ingredient information to ensure purchased supplements and additives, health care products, and sanitation products meet the standards of the National Organic Program (NOP). Not all these records are needed for each organic farmer. GoCanvas apps can be modified by farmers to meet their own specific recordkeeping requirement. Given the difficulty in anticipating all types of crops for which the Organic Farmers: Field Activity Log mobile may be used, farmers may need to edit as needed.
