The app should be used for all applications of product retrieval. One submission should be completed for each production site. The app records the following: Quantity Shipped and Requiring Recovery, Date, Time, Person Contacted, Quantity Recovered or Destroyed, Quantity Remaining With Contact, Action Taken and Description (e.g., picked up, returned, destroyed, etc.) and Quantity Recovered. The app generates a PDF and that is stored in your GoCanvas account for your agricultural compliance records.
