The company will provide an assessment of all hazards associated with a task and existing hazards. The full details of the assessment team, the task assigned, positions working on the task and FHA numbers, and any equipment needed for the task will be listed.
A risk assessment will be performed on all hazards associated with the task and listed by severity. Any existing hazards attached to the task will be graded by the level of the hazard. An employee will be assigned to fix any safety hazards and given an estimated date of completion.
