The Health and Safety Executive suggests that a company inspect items in each division of a company's department and test for any hazards and note the level of the risk. If any item has an issue requiring attention, a description of the hazard should be noted.
The different divisions in each department can be inspected including housekeeping, first aid, fire protection, and other workplace inspections. The items in each division will be tested for acceptableness and severity of the hazard risk assessment. The location, department, and date of inspection can all be listed.
