Hearing loss is a risk for any workers exposed to sounds above 85dBA (decibels). There are typical exposures listed for a number of construction worker's jobs including carpenter, crane operator, electrician, jackhammer operator, laborer etc. The app also lists various hearing protection device recommendations depending on the noise exposure that the worker may come into contact with.
