All measures or controls used by the facility for stormwater management, cleaning daily, spill management, employee training, and management of runoff will be listed and described. The auto salvage yard will include all daily housekeeping including the washing of all automobile parts and scraps, storage of all fluids from the automobiles, cleaning and repairing hydraulic equipment, and the maintaining of all storage containers of hazardous waste.

All preventative waste management plans for preventing spills of gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, solvents, battery acid, or other hazardous fluids will be listed with plans to make sure that the sewer system is not contaminated. Measures used to prevent stormwater runoff and possible soil erosion will be listed. If needed any materials used including stormwater detention bases, oil and water separators, and other sediment and erosion controls will be listed. Annual inspections of the salvage yard and auto recycling facility will be listed along with employee training on all stormwater pollution prevention plans.
