The automobile recycling facility helps a user to provide an evaluation of all spills or leaks over 5 gallons. Spills of gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, solvents, antifreeze, battery acid, brake fluids, transmission fluids, or other hazardous fluids should be listed.

The description of the spills or leaks should include the date of the incident, how the hazardous waste was removed, and prevention plans to prevent future spills. All materials that were effected in the salvage yard should be listed and how they would be cleaned or recycled. Spill prevention should be listed and taught after each incident.
