It includes food inspection details, such as risk assessments, criteria, documentation, imported food procedures and inspections of feedingstuffs. Also a section on the companies sampling policy, including information such as the appropriate packaging for samples, imported samples, sample testing and sampling programmes and policies. The ultimate goal of food and feedingstuffs inspections is to ensure the safety and quality management of all food products reaching commerce.
