The Authority should use the Control and Investigation of Outbreaks and Food Related Disease Food Law Enforcement Full Audit Protocols (UK) form to set up, maintain and implement a documented procedure for initiating and responding to food alerts in accordance with the relevant Food Safety Act Code of Practice.
