How does it work?
The details of the project including the title, name of the architect or engineer, and project number are able to be listed. The total project cost including allotments, equipment, and other miscellaneous costs should be totaled.
The amount for each allotment including testing, inspections, fees related to administrative and legal aspects, advertising, surveys, interest, and architect or engineer fees should be totaled. Costs for all equipment and possible contingencies should also be included. All funding data should also be listed on the statement.
