Full information about the designer, owner, start and end date of construction, and the General Arrangement Plan or a Pocket Plan must be provided. Information about the construction site, hull number and class designation, hull material, freight class, type of propulsion, dimensions of the ship, cargo hold, and containers for natural gas, flammable gas, or other type of hazardous materials must be provided.
The owner should provide all certificates and documents for international voyage, energy efficient certificates, emergency plans, tonnage certificates, and documents allowing for travel in international waters must be provided. Full designs of the vessel, hull, cargo hold, tankers, and any other special equipment should also be submitted. All technical data for the vessel should also be submitted.
