The owner must provide full information about the designer, owner, start and end date of construction, and if possible the General Arrangement Plan or a Pocket Plan. Information about the site for construction and outfitting, hull number and class notation, hull material, type of propulsion, dimensions of the ship, lifeboats, and electrical system must be provided.
All certificates and documents for international voyage, energy efficient plans, gross tonnage certificates, and documents allowing for travel in international waters must be provided.
